Apologies for the lack of updates. I'm currently on a business trip and won't be back for 3 weeks so I haven't been able to visit the site.
Fortunately, my lovely Fiancé sent me some photos this morning and I can't believe how much work has been completed in just one week!
The house was locked up. Apparently they've had a lot of theft in the are the last few weeks which is a real shame!
SS has pretty much attended to all the issues we have raised which includes the kitchen island. It has now been moved to the correct location... woo!
Anyway, some photos to share.
Garage Door installed.
Some photos of the house
Render has been done. Not painted yet.
Down pipe in wrong location has been moved.
Internal custom doors have been installed.
Sliders installed
Bath tub and showers 'water proofed'
Tiles for laundry and bathrooms delivered
Good news! Kitchen Island has been moved as requested.
Some framing added to NBN box.
Looks great!
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteHey Joe!
ReplyDeleteI love your facade and colour choices!
We're building the Dunedin 31 towards the end of the year (so no luck with being able to extend our garage because the house is 1m wider).
I'm wondering if you could tell me if your bricks, render and garage door were standard? And, if not, how much extra it was for you to upgrade these?
Also, how much was the Griffith Facade?
Trying to assess if its feasible for us at this point. Thanks
Hi Shannon,
DeleteThank you very much for the kind words!
Awesome choice of home... but I might be a little biased haha. That is the exact reason we decided against the 31. It was just too wide for our block. We loved the WIRs though.
Bricks (Not standard) = $2604 + $580 for off-white mortar
Render (Not standard) = Sorry this was included in a pack.
Garage Door (Not Standard) = $1,148
Griffith Facade = $3,200
Don't expect to get the same pricing as that. PD raised there prices quite a few times since we signed.
Good luck with it all!
Hi Shannon,
DeleteI just realised you are Peter's partner. We went to high school together.
What a small world. Please say hello to him!
Cheers
