Additionally, unlike what others have experienced with Porter Davis, we have not received the invoice for the slab. I made it very clear to PD that we will not be paying them a cent until the stage is 'complete' and all issues have been rectified.
Hoping to see the issues rectified before framing has started... the clock is ticking!
Sounds like they're just going to get started on the frame, regardless of whether or not you've paid the invoice. :-( Hope you get the issues sorted today or tomorrow ...
ReplyDeleteFortunately, our BC is amazing and she was on the Slab Supervisor's back to go out there and provide a report. He just called me this morning on his way to our site.
DeleteI sent them a list of all of the issues so far and photos also for reference.
